It has come to our attention that you are selling the counterfeit Wish Pearls online. Your items have been manufactured or created in violation of Copyright and Trademark laws. In addition, the liquid in the oyster can of your counterfeit Wish Pearl is very dangerous. Instead of the legally approved safe formula, the counterfeit product manufacturers use poisonous and flammable ingredients for the oyster preservative liquid simply to reduce their cost. The liquid of the counterfeit Wish Pearl may cause death if consumed by mistake and explosion in air transportation.
Dealing in counterfeit products is against the law and anyone found committing these offenses is liable to face severe criminal penalties including large fines and imprisonment.
The Wish Pearl trademark is registered by Lucoral Co. Inc. in many countries in the classes of products & services. In addition, Lucoral has two million product liability insurance for Wish Pearl and owns the approved formula of the preservative liquid. Lucoral is entitled to take action against you for the infringement of our rights.

1) To immediately take off the Wish Pearl merchandise on your website and product catalogue

3) To pay, in the event if any breach of these undertaking, USD 1,000,000.00.
We have reported your company and your website to the police department and general marshal. Should you not observe this warning and not undertaking within 10 days from the receiving of this notice, we will feel free to adopt any appropriate defense of our image and trademark.
